The Des Moines County Historical Society is excited for the revival of our Town Hall Lecture Series, and we’re looking for dynamic speakers to present their fascinating topics.
If you have a passion for history and want to share your expertise with an engaged audience, we invite you to submit your proposals for presentations. The Town Hall Lectures will take place on the first Saturday of each month from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, starting next month.
Whether you’re an experienced historian, a dedicated researcher, or simply someone with a deep interest in a particular historical period or event, we welcome your ideas. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your knowledge and engage with fellow history enthusiasts in our community.
